If a visual equation needs solving, I’m quite often not too timid to try my hand at it. In college, I found myself decorating cakes as my part time job and at one time had to decorate an ice cream pastry to say “Happy Sweet 16th Chastity.”
The “16,” of course, had to be made of tiny pink roses. ( Sadly, I don’t have a picture of it. )
This matter of becoming involved in visual projects that don’t particularly fall under the category of “graphic design” will probably continue.
